PERSONAL TRAINING
I offer 1 hour personal training sessions and 30 minute sessions and each session is specific to your goals.
I have a backround in rehab training so if you have any injuries or restricted movement i can assit.
I also offer nutritional advice to make sure you are eating correctly to support your training.
MUSCLE TONE
As we get older our muscles start to waste. So no matter who you are and what your goals are, it is vital to implement strength training into your workout.
CORE STRENGTH
I find one of the most common mistakes in the gym is when people train abdominals but neglect other muscle groups that make up the core. This can lead to posture issues, lower back pain and muscle imbalance. As a trainer i can advice you on exercises to develop a toned, firm and strong core.
GROUP TRAINING
Group training is avalibile if you would enjoy the fitness experience with a friend or family member and provide a fun and effective workout that will maximize you great results.
CORPORATE FITNESS
If you are looking to improve your attendance rate for work collegues or create and environment where they can team build though the use of small group training then a corprate fitness scheme could work well for your company.
